Workflow
In this section, we will guide you step-by-step through the main phases of the compliance process and show how easily you can align and coordinate all activities within the platform.
Organisation Management: Create your compliance projects and programs
Organisation management is the initial entry point to start your work with SCM. Here you can create a concept and select the standards you want to handle further. In this section, you will be able to assign roles and set permissions to users, handle versioning and history aspects.
Inventory Analysis: Structure, consolidate and manage your assets
The inventory analysis allows you to easily coordinate and optimize the diversity and complexity of assets in line with the organization’s objectives and priorities. Inventory management displays all tangible and intangible objects of the company, e.g. buildings, rooms, networks, IT systems, applications, business processes, information, employees, etc. You can start the compliance process and protect the fundamental assets of your company. Furthermore, you will be able to determine the necessity of conducting a risk analysis for the chosen target object and change its protection requirements. Watch more here
Compliance Check: Keep up with the ever-changing standards’ requirements
After defining all assets, you will evaluate the current compliance status of your organization, project, or process by going through each requirement, step-by-step. By default, assets have a specific set of requirements and controls assigned (called a module).
You don’t need to worry about using the latest up-to-date standard or missing legislative changes. All the necessary updates of standards will come with each new Infopulse SCM release.
Risk Analysis: Safeguard your business
Once you complete the compliance check, you are ready to proceed with the risk analysis. During this phase, you can design and implement the Risk Management workflow according to ISO 27001 and ISO 27005 Standards. Infopulse SCM risk management lifecycle consists of Risk identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Treatment, and Risk Monitoring. The risk analysis tab includes all target objects requiring risk analysis. Here you can select an asset to see the list of related threats and their risk matrix (4 or 5 dimensions). Each threat can be analyzed. You will determine the probability of its occurrence and the potential damage it may cause. Watch more here
Real-time Dashboards: 100% visibility of your compliance activities
Infopulse SCM dashboard is your personal compliance cockpit. From here, you can easily track multiple data sources within the whole concept and monitor the performance of compliance and risk management projects. Watch more here
