Ulrich Heun is the founder and managing partner of CARMAO GmbH, founded in 2003, and a proven specialist in the field of organizational resilience. In addition to counseling on information security management systems (ISMS), their extension to data protection (ISO/IEC 27701), risk management, business continuity management (BCM) as well as data protection management, and BSI IT-Grundschutz, he focuses on the conceptual development of CARMAO’s CHARISMA Resilience Management Framework.

In addition, he is active as a member of the CISO Alliance e.V. Ulrich Heun is a PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27005 Lead Risk Manager, PECB Certified ISO 22316 Foundation, PECB Certified Cloud Security Manager, and a PECB Certified Trainer.

Andreas Jochen Holtmann Senior Information Security Consultant at DS DATA SYSTEMS

He has professional experience of more than thirty years covers Consulting, Auditing, and Training in the areas of Information Security, Risk and Compliance Management as well as IT-Operations and Business Continuity Management.

The current focus of Andreas lies with Information Security Consulting in the public sector and health service, as well as Auditing for an accredited certification body covering ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, and Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS, § 8a (3) BSIG) .

Besides his current focus sectors, he has long-term experience in the banking and utilities sectors.
